How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Because gift certificates need to be customized they are only available to order by phone. Call 1(800) 591-2353 to order. Please allow normal mailing time for the certificate to reach you. Payment must be made by credit card only.

How do I return an item?

30 day Return Policy

• Couture Jewels stands behind the quality of its merchandise. If merchandise is damaged in transit please notify us immediately. You will be required by the shipper to provide information and file a claim form.
• We have enclosed, with your purchase, a return authorization form. This form needs to be filled out and returned with the merchandise.
• Merchandise must be in original, unused condition and be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Full refund of purchase price on all returned items less the shipping costs. The cost of returning the item to our warehouse is paid for by you.
• Refunds will be processed within the billing cycle of the return.
• An email notification will be sent to you when your account has been credited.

Returning an Item

• Fill out the enclosed return authorization form. You must enclose an email address for us to process your return.
• Enclose it in the return package with your item.
• Item must be packed to prevent damage in shipment.
